Payments and Policies.

Occupancy Rates include:

• Meals and lodging
• Beverages, refreshments, and snacks
• Professional guide
• Transportation to/from field
• Field dressing & cold storage of game

Occupancy Rates Do Not include:

• Trophy fees for game taken or wounded
• Rental of Rifles or Shotguns
• Shuttle from airport
• Ammunition
• Hunting Licenses
• Skinning, caping, shipping, and taxidermy
• Gratuities and taxes
• Early or late airport shuttles

Rental Fees:

• Rifle - $50/day (ammunition included)
• Shotgun - $30/day
• Shotgun ammo is $6 a box(25 shells)

Deposits:

• Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of total weekend fees
• Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to you

Payments:

• All weekend fees must be paid when the hunt is booked
• Any remaining balances are due upon departure
• Only cash, or check will be accepted in camp.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and rescheduling. Otherwise, deposits will be forfeited
